Get rewarded and receive commissions for referring The Culinary Management Company (The CMC) to culinary-focused businesses for Qualified Services such as coaching, consulting, professional training, and development. We are successful because of the people and businesses that we work with. We are rewarding those that refer new business, clients, and customers to us that become a Qualified Referral. Please review the terms and conditions before submitting a referral to us.
Referral Program Eligibility
Consultants, vendors, investors, friends, and customers who refer a culinary-focused business to us through our online referral form, through an email to our company, or directly to us through other means providing the same information that is requested through the online referral form may be eligible to receive a referral bonus up to $500 for qualified referrals. Decision makers and owners are ineligible are to receive referral bonuses and commissions for their own business/es.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to The Culinary Management Company’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a culinary-focused business such as a restaurant, bakery, food truck, etc. or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and The Culinary Management Company’s Privacy Policy. Culinary-focused business owners, business owners, operators, and business decision makers are not eligible to refer or receive referral bonuses for their own business, brand, or group.
Referral Eligibility Requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” is subject to these terms and must meet the following criteria. A referee may receive a referral commission for each “Qualified Referral” as defined below:
- Is referred to The CMC through our online referral form prior to the introduction of the referral
- Is referred to The CMC or one of its employees in writing prior to the introduction of the referral. Email is an acceptable form of written communication
- Is not an existing contact or lead in our (The CMC’s) system
- Has not previously contacted The CMC for our services
- Has not been previously contacted by The CMC for our services
- Is not a current or former client or customer
Qualified Service/s
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Service” is subject to these terms and must meet the following criteria. A referee may receive a referral commission for each “Qualified Service” that their “Qualified Referral” receives from The CMC as defined below:
- Is a new consulting client
- Is a new coaching client
- Hosts a training class or program of at least 30 participants to be trained all at the same time in one class
Payout Schedule
The referring party may be paid out a commission bonus once the prospective enters into a fully executed agreement or contract for services and has satisfied the terms of their contract. Within 30 days of becoming an active client or a customer of The CMC then a W-9 and ACH form must be completed and returned to The CMC in order for the payment to be issued to the referring party to the account specified on their form. One referral bonus is allowed per business, brand, or group. Otherwise, there is no cap on the amount of Qualified Referrals that a person can submit as a part of this program. The CMC will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.
Modifications
The CMC reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, however we will make reasonable efforts to post a notice informing of a change or termination of the Program.
